Legal
Privacy policy
How we handle the information you send us through this website.
TODO: Draft prepared for FALKRON’s review: confirm the legal entity name, retention period and effective date before launch.
Who we are
This website is operated by FALKRON Industrial Products (TODO: legal entity name), 222 The Esplanade, Toronto, ON M5A 4M8, Canada. Questions about this policy or your information can be sent to info@falkronindustries.ca.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- your name, company, role, email address and phone number;
- your country or region, business type and the products or volumes you are interested in;
- anything you write in the message field.
With each submission we also record the page it was sent from, the country your connection came from and your browser type, so we can route the inquiry and spot abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, to assess and manage distributor and private-label relationships, and to send you information you asked for. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website and deliver your messages:
- Cloudflare hosts the website, stores form submissions and runs Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot.
- Resend delivers each submission to our inbox by email.
These providers may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, under their own privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows (TODO: retention period), and delete them sooner if you ask us to.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent to our using it, by emailing info@falkronindustries.ca. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page. Effective date: TODO: date at launch.
